The conference was held for the first time in 2012 and is organised approximately every 18 months. The aim of the conference is to gather and inspire Danish real estate agents. The focus is to get real estate agents to use the technology available to them to create a better business.

Why are we at a property fair?

Why are we involved? We build websites directly for real estate agents and as a subcontractor for web and advertising agencies. That's why we thought it was natural for us to participate in the fair aimed at real estate agents. I used to be a real estate agent myself, so I have a good knowledge of the industry and knowledge that he can bring to the table when discussing ideas for a new custom website, for example.

The theme of the conference is digital tools

Digital tools have helped change the way the brokerage industry works. Customers are less likely to come to the store and instead serve themselves online.

We build custom websites for real estate agents

We are a specialised web agency that has built the website for Mikkelsen's Property Officewhere we have been responsible for the entire process, from idea to finished project in the form of consulting, technology selection, design, development and hosting.

The way houses are sold today is very different from twenty years ago. Today, customers have actually already "visited" the house before a viewing, because they have been online and "seen" the house both inside and out. That's why it has been extremely important for us to create a new website that can present our homes in the best possible way, says Rasmus Mikkelsen (Owner of Mikkelsen's Property Office).

The fair will be held in Fredericia and Copenhagen
